Responsibility for incorrect delivery information resulting in delayed or non-delivery lies solely with the person placing the order and entering the delivery information. So please enter your details with care.

All orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail Post, or Royal Mail Special Delivery if selected.

£ 3.00 postage charge applies for orders under £100 (within the EU only)

If your order is £100.00 or over, postage is FREE of charge (within the EU only)

Special Delivery may be selected at a rate of £7 that will be added to your order.

We attempt to ship all orders on the day they are received, or if received after 3pm local time, within 24 hours of having received the order. However, in extreme and unpredictable circumstances, delivery may be delayed.

Orders from outside the EU normally incur additional postage charge. Therefore we strongly recommend to contact us by email or phone at +44 20 7436 7827 - you will be then informed of the specific postage amount for your order. Please note, we may be forced to reject your online order if postage amount is insufficient.
