Ordering Process:

1. On-line:

Products are ordered either in All Products section or on the following individual product pages: Stabilium^®, Sécuril^®, Sano-Gastril^® by selecting the product(s), quantities and entering payment details when prompted. Once the payment has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please check to ensure that this information you have provided is correct. If any details are incorrect, please contact us via email at info@stabilium.co.uk immediately. Incorrect details may result in delayed or non-delivery, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

2. By phone

You may order by contacting us on +44 (0)20 7436 7827. At the time of your order, you will need to provide us with your complete payment and shipping details. As soon as the payment has been confirmed, we will ship the supplements ordered, usually within 24 hours.

Payment

We accept payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, or Solo card. Online transactions are brokered through PayPal and your statement should record payment having been made to STABILIUM.

Agreement between two parties

The purchase contract is only valid once you have paid for the goods and delivery ordered. You will be charged for the goods and delivery at the time your order is placed.

Delivery Policy & Charges

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Responsibility for incorrect delivery information resulting in delayed or non-delivery lies solely with the person placing the order and entering the delivery information.
All orders are sent via First Class Royal Mail Post, unless Royal Mail Special Delivery has been selected and paid for. We attempt to ship all orders on the day they are received, or if received after 3pm local time, within 24 hours of having received the order. However, in extreme and unpredictable circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
£ 2.50 charge applies for the postage of orders under £100 (UK mainland only)
If your order is £100.00 or over, postage is FREE of charge (UK mainland only)
UK Special Delivery may be selected at a rate that will be added to your order when selecting this option.
We do not accept international orders online but can arrange to ship the products internationally by phone at +44 20 7436 7827. Additional postage charge will be incurred for international orders - you will be informed of the specific amount at the time the order is placed.

Returns and replacement policy

We trust you will be happy with the purchase of supplements from our website. However, should you feel it necessary to return any item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). All products must be in their factory sealed containers for refund. You are covered by this money back guarantee for 14 days from your date of purchase. Please e-mail or call us within 14 days of the shipment date to receive authorisation and return instructions.
We will gladly replace any damaged products, providing you return the damaged product to us. We will reimburse you for shipping expenses. Please contact us via email or phone within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise for instructions on how to proceed.
Should you wish to cancel or change your order please send us an email or contact us by telephone. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However, if the order has been processed and despatched, it will only be possible for you to return the original order for refund and place a second order to your specifications.
